There are two types of accounts in CONXTD; Enterprise (for your customers to access the latest alarm data) and Installer View (for you to access the same features, across all of your accounts). You can launch these 2 features through Service Desk, using a quick and easy onboarding process.

Proactive Installers can request to generate Enterprise accounts for their customers using Service Desk, creating a smooth and efficient workflow to getting your user-base online with CONXTD within 1 working day.

How to gather the data for generating Enterprises

By using the filtering tools in Service Desk, you can create specific customer asset lists based on a number of data-points.

You can create a customer Enterprise account using any of the filters in Service Desk. Once you are happy with your filter selections, click on the Export button at the top of the main asset list table.

In the dropdown, select Excel to download your asset list to your desktop.

Use Company Field to filter for specific customer account ๐Ÿข

When importing customer assets, make sure you clearly identify multi-site customers using either the Company Field, or creating a Custom Field specifically for Customer Name or Link Account ID. This will make it easy to filter on Service Desk.

How import your asset list to CONXTD to generate an Enterprise account

Once you have downloaded your asset list to excel, you can re-import that data to CONXTD to generate a customer Enterprise account. This data will be forwarded to our Team, who will create an Enterprise within the same working day.

1. Firstly, make sure you have your recently downloaded asset list to hand. When you're ready, click on the Generate button at the top of the asset list table.

This will open our interactive Instant Messenger, giving you a list of all the required information we need to get a customer Enterprise account up-and running:

2. Click Create Ticket to get started.

We require some extra information to be able to build a customer Enterprise account:

How do I see my customer's Enterprise account once it's been built?

Once the customer's Enterprise account has been built, you will receive a notification to your email, as well as the Instant Messenger (see previous section๐Ÿ‘†).

All Enterprise accounts are associated to your Installer Company on CONXTD, therefore you get instant access once the account has been created. The new Enterprise will appear in your Enterprises section within the left hand menu bar. This section is also the main homepage as you login to CONXTD.
