This guide will show you how to edit site address information, any custom fields you have assigned and the ARC transmitter reference, all using the Enterprise Manager admin tools.
Locate your site
In the Enterprise Manager, under the Groups tab, find the group your site is housed. Click on the Eye icon to view the contents of the group.
Search, filter or scroll to find the site you're after, the click the Edit icon to open up the Site Editor.
Details
The Details tab is the location for editing site address information.
From here you can edit:
Site Name ✅
The Custom Site Reference Number ✅
Address Line information ✅
Postcode ✅
Country ✅
Custom Fields
The Custom Fields tab enables you to edit any of the custom data fields created to manage important company information across the system.
Setup
The Setup tab shows the site's Site Reference Number and ARC Transmitter ID. The Transmitter ID is editable, but the Site Ref remains locked.
Pin Mapping
The Pin Mapping tab allows you to manage the Pin Profile for the site - adding new Pin Mappings, editing existing Pin Mappings and deleting Pin Mappings. There's more on how the Pin Mapping feature works here.
