This article is about the menu item "Members" in the CopeMember backend.
Here you can add members to your created courses and make various settings.
Here you will first see the list of all participants with all possible information about each person:
Full Name
Course (the course purchased by the person)
Status
Last login
Account creation date
More details (edit and delete)
In the search bar on the top right you can search and filter as you like.
At the bottom right you can select the next page.
If you select "Compromised" from the top menu, you can see all the information about the IP addresses and devices used by the members.
By clicking on the "Edit" icon in the desired line, all information about the person can be called up and viewed in detail:
If necessary, everything can of course be adjusted manually here.
In the "Progress Monitor" you can see the progress of each course and other useful details.
If there is a quiz in the course, we also have the possibility to see all answers and attempts in detail here.
The next tab shows the member's usage. You can see the exact date and time of the first log-in and view all subsequent log-ins.
Under "Transactions" you can see the purchased courses with the respective transaction. You can also see that the course was bought through Copecart.
In the last tab you can reset the member's password if needed.
