As a vendor, it is very important to be always informed about the activities in your CopeCart Dashboard. For this reason, we offer you the possibility to be notified about various events via email. By leaving your email address, you can ensure that you are always kept up to date. You will be informed about important events in a timely manner and will not miss any significant developments. This handy feature allows you to effectively monitor your business and respond in a timely manner.
Let's get started!
First of all, log in with your login details. Then your personal dashboard will open and you can select different tabs on the left and top side. Click on the tab "Products".
You can then select your desired product for which you want to set the notifications. Please note that notifications must be set for each product individually.
Click in the product on the field "Notifications".
Here you can select the events for which you want to be notified. Enter your email address in the corresponding field. Of course you can also do this for all events.
Then click on the green "Save" button in the upper right corner. Done!
