There are no monthly or annual fees when using CopeCart.
CopeCart as your partner only receives a small commission when sales are made.
If you are a vendor with CopeCart, you start at a rate of 4.9% + €1 per sale.
As an affiliate and JVP the use of CopeCart is free of charge.

How exactly is the calculation composed
The formula is basically set up: Gross amount * 4.9 % + €1
For each purchase, you will be deducted 4.9% of the purchase amount as CopeCart fee, plus €1.00 for the transaction incurred.
Example without affiliate and JVP
The gross amount is €1190,00, the VAT rate for the product is 19%, the CopeCart fee is equal to 4.9% of the gross amount + €1 per transaction.
Net amount = €1000
VAT = €190
CopeCart fee + transaction = €59.31
Total income: €940.69
The payouts to the vendors are made according to the settings in their account and CopeCart's regulations. Read more.
Example with affiliate without JVP
The gross amount is €1190,00, the VAT rate for the product is 19%, the CopeCart fee is equal to 4.9% of the gross amount + €1 per transaction. The affiliate commission is 50%.
Net amount = €1000
VAT = €190
CopeCart fee + transaction = €59.31
Affiliate commission = €470.34
Invoice: €1000.00 – 59,31 : 50 % = €470.84
Total income Vendor: €470.35

Example without affiliate with JVP
The gross amount is €1190,00, the VAT rate for the product is 19%, the CopeCart fee is equal to 4.9% of the gross amount + €1 per transaction. The JVP commission is 50%.
Net amount = €1000
VAT = €190
CopeCart fee + transaction = €59.31
JVP commission = €470.84
Invoice: €1000.00 – 59,31 : 50 % = €470.84
Total income Vendor: €470.35

Example with Affiliate with JVP
The vendor has set the share of an affiliate to 30% and the share of a joint venture partner to 40%. So the vendor share is 30% of the total income.
Gross amount= €1190
Net amount = €1000
VAT (for Germany)= €190
CopeCart fee + transaction = €59.31 (gross amount x 4.9 % + €1)
Revenue after fee and VAT = €940.69
Affiliate receives €282.21 (30% of revenue after fee and VAT)
Revenue after affiliate commission = €658.48
JVP receives €263.39 (40 % of revenue after affiliate commission)
Calculation: €1000.00 – €59.31 – Affiliate % -JVP % = €395.09
Total income Vendor = €395.09 (€940.69 – €282.21 – €263.39)
