How long does the processing and shipping take?
The design as well as the creation of your award takes 3-5 business days. The delivery time may vary depending on the buyer's country. If the award is shipped within Germany, the shipping takes 3-5 business days. Outside of Germany the shipping can take up to 10 days.
In total the process can take 3-5 weeks, because internally all users for the respective sales are collected monthly and at the end of a month the processing takes place.
