Always record your sales conversation, the recording serves as the basis of the contract. If, when asked by CopeCart, there is no record of the sales conversation, the order will be cancelled.
Always inform the Buyer that his contractual partner is CopeCart GmbH.
Be clear that only the Terms and Conditions of CopeCart GmbH apply to the Buyer.

When you as a vendor select and enter the payment method for the customer, only SEPA or invoice are available as options. However, if the customer decides to enter their payment details themselves, they can choose from all available payment methods. The same applies to companies, which can also choose from all available payment methods.
If your customer chooses to enter their payment details themselves, simply select the "Send form for payments" option in your phone quote. This will allow her or him to have autonomy in entering payment information.

In telesales, you have the option to specify an optional due date for invoice payments. If you do not specify this date, the default due date is three days after the purchase date.
