How to properly configure your computer and web browser

To make sure your purchases are tracked and you receive your cashback, you need to adjust your browser settings slightly. Follow the steps for your browser below.

1. Google Chrome (Desktop, Android, iOS)

  • Make sure cookies are allowed.

    • Desktop: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data → Allow all cookies

    • Android: Settings → Site settings → Cookies → Allow third-party cookies

    • iOS: Cookies are on by default in Chrome.

  • Avoid Incognito/private browsing mode while shopping.

  • Close and reopen Chrome before starting your purchase.

2. Mozilla Firefox (Desktop & Mobile)

  • Enable cookies and make sure tracking protection won’t block our site.

    • Desktop: Menu → Settings → Privacy & Security → Enhanced Tracking Protection → Standard or Custom (don’t block our site)

    • Mobile: Settings → Privacy → Enhanced Tracking Protection → Standard or Custom

  • Avoid private browsing mode during purchases.

  • Close and reopen Firefox before shopping.

3. Safari (Mac & iPhone/iPad)

  • Make sure tracking prevention is off and cookies are allowed.

    • Mac: Safari → Preferences → Privacy → Uncheck “Prevent cross-site tracking” → Turn off “Block all cookies”

    • iPhone/iPad: Settings → Safari → Turn off “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” → Make sure “Block All Cookies” is off

  • Close and reopen Safari before shopping.

Additional Tips:

  • Avoid using multiple coupon or cashback sites at the same time.

  • Make sure you’re signed in to your Coupons.com account before starting your purchase.

  • If your cashback doesn’t appear, try clearing your browser cache or switching browsers.
