Part A: Check if your browser accepts cookies
To adjust your browser settings for cashback:
1. Click the menu button in the upper right corner (3 vertical dots), and then go to Settings.
2. Choose Privacy and Security.
3. Check the browser configuration for third-party cookies:
If they are blocked, turn them on because Cashback requires them.
Cashback may not work in incognito mode, where third-party cookies are blocked.
Make sure cookies are enabled. Cashback is based on them, including when visiting the seller's website.
4. If third-party cookies are blocked, click Cookies and other website data. Select the "Allow all cookies" option to enable them.
Part B: Check if you're not using incompatible extensions
To customize browser extensions:
1. Click the menu button in the upper right corner (3 vertical dots).
2. Go to Other Features and click Extensions.
3. In the list, disable extensions such as AdBlock, AdBlock Plus, AdBlock Premium, AdBlock Pro, Ghostery, Avast Online Security, etc.
