Your cashback is confirmed by the retailer or brand where you made your purchase.
After you complete a transaction through Coupons.com, your purchase is first tracked and will appear in your account as Pending cashback. This means it has been recorded successfully and is waiting for retailer validation.
The retailer then reviews the transaction to ensure it meets the offer terms, such as:
the purchase was completed successfully
the order was not returned or canceled
the transaction is eligible for cashback
Once the retailer approves it, your cashback status will change from Pending to Approved, and it will be added to your confirmed cashback balance.
The approval process can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, depending on the retailer’s validation timeline.
