Why is my cashback still pending or not approved yet?

Your cashback may take some time to appear in your account. In most cases, cashback tracking information is first sent through the affiliate network before it appears on our platform.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your cashback to track and appear as “Pending.” This buffer time allows the retailer and affiliate network to process and report the transaction to our system.

Once tracked, your cashback will usually appear as Pending while the retailer validates the order. This process helps confirm that:

  • the order was completed successfully

  • the purchase was not canceled or returned

  • the transaction meets the cashback terms

If your cashback does not appear after 48 hours, it may mean the purchase did not track correctly. In that case, please contact our Customer Service team so we can help investigate your missing cashback claim.

Once validated by the retailer, your cashback status will automatically update from Pending to Approved.
