Why won’t my coupon print or why does it say “limit reached"?

Most coupons have a print limit of 1 or 2 per user. This is defined by the manufacturer or retailer themselves and we have no influence over the print limit.

In case you can't print or if you receive a “Limit Reached” message, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Reached print limit: You have already printed the coupon the maximum number of times allowed per user.

  • Printer issues: There may be a problem with your printer or printing setup.

  • Network or browser issues: Some printing issues are related to connectivity or the browser being used.

Solutions to try:

  • Save as PDF: Clip the coupon and save it as a PDF before printing. This allows you to retry the print command if the printer fails the first time.

  • Check your internet connection: Make sure your network is stable and other websites are loading properly.

  • Try a different browser or device: Use Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari and ensure your browser is up to date. Our service is active on all major browsers.

  • Use a new phone number: If the coupon limit is reached on your current number, you may try a different number within your household. Please note that we cannot reset print limits on our end.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please contact our Customer Service via the chatbot in the bottom right corner of the screen, or email us at contact.us@atolls.com for further assistance.
