One of the most frustrating experiences when using coupons is when they don't apply.
There are a few things worth checking yourself before reaching out to us.
1. Check the correct format:
Make sure you've entered the code correctly. It seems trivial, but many stores need the code to be in exactly the correct format (caps, dashes, special elements, etc.). We offer a "copy code" button on our site to make sure the code is copied in exactly the right format.
2. Check the terms:
By far the largest point of friction are the terms and conditions of every code. Usually, codes come with some sort of exclusions, conditions and requirements. The most common conditions may include:
requiring a minimum spend before they apply
applying to select products, categories or collections
applying to first-time buyers / existing users only
3. Confirm eligibility:
Most codes are not combinable or stackable with other offers. If the products in your cart are already discounted, the code might not apply.
It is still good practice to test though.
