Services are perfect if you plan to offer different versions of Booking Events. For example, you might want to offer both a 30-minute as well as a 60-minute consultancy call.

You can set up an unlimited number of services with CCK.

Create New Service

When setting up your Bookings & Appointments under the Appointments module, navigate to Services > Create New Service.

In the popup, you can update all the details and settings for that service including:

  • Service name

  • Description

  • Service Type

  • Duration

  • Image (displayed to the client when selecting the service when booking an appointment

  • Tag (added to the contacts on a new booked session)

Using Tags on Booked Sessions

When setting up your Booking Services, it is important to add the relevant tags in order to trigger email automations as well as send your contacts emails related to the service. Without adding tags, you won't be able to send service-specific emails.

💡 Tips

You can link multiple services to the booking operator which will enable your customer to select the service they prefer when making a booking.
