Operators are the users who have been set up to run calls through your appointment tool. Your chosen CCK plan allows you to add 2 operators on the Course Starter, 5 operators on the Course Growth to 10 operators on the Course Business plan.

An operator's Google calendar has to be linked to the CCK appointment tool. No other calendar can be linked.

You can view all upcoming events for an operator when you open the Operator dashboard as shown below.

To create a new operator, open Appointments > Click on Operators > Create New Operator.

In the pop-up box, complete the operator name, email address and a description of the role of the operator, then select the operator colour and upload an operator photo.

Finally, link the operator's Google calendar to the booking event by signing into the relevant Google Calendar.

You can link any. professional email account to Google to create a Google calendar (even if the email address is not a Google email address).
