When setting up a Booking Event under the Appointments module, you need to update the availability for your appointments.

Navigate to Appointments > Select the Booking Event > Click on Availability on the menu as shown below:

You can limit the amount of time bookings can be made in advance.

For example, you would like to limit the timeframe of bookings to only be available for two weeks from the date the contact is booking an appointment.

Exact days and times available for bookings

The exact days and times for each day of the week, Mondays to Fridays or only Saturdays and Sundays can be set for availability.

Example: You are only available for bookings on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 09:00 and 14:00. The rest of the week will then be set as unavailable unless you add exclusions.

Excluded days

Specific dates can be excluded from your availability. These dates will then not be available for booking.

For example, you will not be available over the Christmas Holidays

Availability Increments

Availability increments are the timeslots shown on the calendar of the Booking Page.

For example, you would like to show 30-minute increments for time slots such as 11:30, 12:00, 12:30, 13:00 etc.

Scheduling Notice

You are able to limit the amount of time between a contact booking an appointment and you receiving the booking notice in order to prepare for the call.

For example, you would like to have 48 hours' notice once someone has booked an appointment with you. No availability will be shown on the calendar within 48 hours at the time someone makes a booking with you.

Buffer Between Appointments

If you would like to have a certain amount of time between appointments, this is where you can set it up.

For example, you have an existing booking at 12:00 and would like to have a buffer of 1 hour before another booking can be scheduled

Limit the Number of Appointments per Day

You have the option to limit the number of appointments that can be booked on any given day.

For example, you would like to limit the number of appointments available for booking to only 3 appointments. Once there are 3 confirmed appointments, no availability will be shown on the booking page for that particular day.
