1. Start Your Day: "Courted Candidates"

Instead of hunting for data yourself, let the data come to you every morning. Courted Candidates surfaces a list of up to 30 agents each day based on Preferences you set.

  • Where Courted Candidates lives: On the left sidebar in Courted, look for the Recruit tab and select Courted Candidates.

What you’ll see: A list of up to 30 "warm" agents tailored to your market.

  • The "Preferences" Button: Click this in the upper right to tell the system exactly what kind of agents you are looking for.

    Click on Preferences

What to do: Click on any of the names on the list that look interesting – this will bring you to their Agent Profile where the priority shifts to reaching out.

2. Agent Profile + Reaching Out with "ComposeAI"

The goal of an Agent Profile is to give you all the information you need to deeply understand an agent's business – in many cases, better than they understand it themselves. From that understanding, the goal is communicating with the agent in a personalized and specific way.

  1. Where to find an Agent Profile: Click on any name from Courted Candidates to open the Agent Profile. Scroll through the page and understand each section: their overall production, their sales volume across brokerages over time (great for understanding where they've worked previously and what their production looked like), and more.

  2. What to do next: From here, the goal is outreach – on an agent’s profile, look for the ComposeAI button (it looks like a small sparkle icon). This will generate some personalized outreach to help guide your conversation. Curious to learn more about ComposeAI? Watch our video on it here.

Click on Generate message

Once you've reached out: it's important to set a Status to track where the agent is in your Pipeline. After a call, email, or text, click Set Status on the agent's profile to move them forward (e.g., "Contacted" if you left a voicemail). See below for some common statuses and descriptions.

  • Identified: "I'm interested in this person".

  • Contacted: You've left a voicemail.

  • Connected: You've had a conversation.

  • Meeting Scheduled: You have a date on the calendar.

This will put the Agent into your Pipeline which is where the tracking & follow up come into play!

Tip: if you're not the only user in your account (e.g., if there are other managers or users on your team who also have access to Courted), you'll also want to "Assign" the agent to yourself. This makes it easy to see who's working on which agents and minimizes overlap.

3. Track Your Progress: "Pipeline"

Think of this as your digital filing cabinet to keep your recruiting organized.

  • The Pipeline: Located under the Recruit tab, this tracks your journey with an agent through stages.

Tip: Click "All Filters" in the upper right corner of the Pipeline page. You can filter down to just see agents in a specific status, location, or who you have or have not followed up with recently. Think of it like sorting a spreadsheet to see the most relevant data at the top.

You can even Set Default Filters for this page so you're only ever seeing agents who are relevant to you.

4. Know When to Call: "Pipeline Alerts"

The system will "tap you on the shoulder" when something important happens with an agent you are tracking. Pipeline Alerts solves the problem of: "I know I should be following up with agents, but I don't know what to say."

  • Where to find it: Click the Recruit tab and select Pipeline Alerts.

  • The Action: When you see an alert—like an agent's highest listing in their career —use it as a reason to call and congratulate them.

  • Check out some of the reason's why agents will show up in your alerts below ⤵️

5. Retain Your Team: "Agent Accomplishments"

Being a great manager means celebrating your current team’s wins.

  • Where to find it: Go to the Manage tab and select Agent Accomplishments.

  • What it does: Shows you the highlights of your own agents’ recent sales or new listings.

  • The Action: Use the ComposeAI button next to their win to quickly text or email a "Congratulations!".'
