1. Start Your Day: "Courted Candidates"
Instead of hunting for data yourself, let the data come to you every morning.
Where it is: On the left sidebar in Courted, look for the Recruit tab and select Courted Candidates.
What youâll see: A list of up to 30 "warm" agents tailored to your market.
The "Preferences" Button: Click this in the upper right to tell the system exactly what kind of agents you are looking for.
2. Agent Profile + Reaching Out with "ComposeAI"
Never worry about what to write in an email or text again. Phone calls? Couldn't be easier with our generated scripts to follow along to!
Where to find it: Open an agentâs profile and look for the ComposeAI button (it looks like a small sparkle icon).
Updating Status: After a call, click Set Status on the agent's profile to move them forward (e.g., "Contacted" if you left a voicemail).
Identified: "I'm interested in this person".
Contacted: You've left a voicemail.
Connected: You've had a conversation.
Meeting Scheduled: You have a date on the calendar.
This will put the Agent into your Pipeline which is where the tracking & follow up come into play!
Tip: if you're not the only user in your account (e.g., if there are other managers or users on your team who also have access to Courted), you'll also want to "Assign" the agent to yourself. This makes it easy to see who's working on which agents and minimizes overlap.
3. Track Your Progress: "Pipeline"
Think of this as your digital filing cabinet to keep your recruiting organized.
The Pipeline: Located in the Recruit tab, this tracks your journey with an agent through stages.
Tip: Click "All Filters" in the upper right corner of the Pipeline page. You can filter down to just see agents in a specific status, location, or who you have or have not followed up with recently. Think of it like sorting a spreadsheet to see the most relevant data at the top.
You can even Set Default Filters for this page so you're only ever seeing agents who are relevant to you.
4. Know When to Call: "Pipeline Alerts"
The system will "tap you on the shoulder" when something important happens with an agent you are tracking.
Where to find it: Click the Recruit tab and select Pipeline Alerts.
The Action: When you see an alertâlike an agent's highest listing in their career âuse it as a reason to call and congratulate them.
Check out some of the reason's why agents will show up in your alerts below —ïž
5. Retain Your Team: "Agent Accomplishments"
Being a great manager means celebrating your current teamâs wins.
Where to find it: Go to the Manage tab and select Agent Accomplishments.
What it does: Shows you the highlights of your own agentsâ recent sales or new listings.
The Action: Use the ComposeAI button next to their win to quickly text or email a "Congratulations!".'
