Prioritizing those who may be vulnerable or open to new opportunities ensures your efforts are strategic and impactful, helping you work smarter while growing a stronger team and brokerage.
Courted Candidates
Save time and focus on meaningful conversations with up to 30 pre-vetted, relevant agents matched to your preferences each day.

Agent Search
Many of our users want more control and flexibility than Courted Candidates offers over which agents to target. Learn how to create precise, hyper-targeted lists of agents by filtering for location, experience, potential to move, other "vulnerability" flags, and more, by using Agent Search below.
Before moving on, we recommend clicking Search on the left sidebar in Courted, then viewing the Saved Searches you have available under "Agents."
Once you pull up a search, click "All Filters" in the upper right
Look at the filters on the search and try to understand why it's a good search/segment of agents to go after
Finally, click Search > Agent Search and create your own search based on criteria your'e looking for

Log an interaction in Courted
Set the agent's Status to reflect where they are in your Pipeline
If you're in a Courted account with more than 1 user, assign the agent to yourself
Following up with Agents
Pipeline Alerts are your most effective followup tool. They tell you when agents in your Pipeline (e.g., agents you have already reached out to) have done something significant, like their highest listing/closed sale ever, first activity in 90 days, or first listing in a new zip code.
Before moving on, head to Recruit > Pipeline Alerts. If you've previously reached out to agents and updated their status in Courted, their recent milestones will be on the Pipeline Alerts page. Explore the page and reach out to agents with recent milestones to keep them warm!
Retention & Managing your Own Agents
Recruiting agents is just half the battle – you need to make sure your own agents stay with you and are happy/recognized for their achievements.

Understanding your office and agent production at a high level is key to effective retention. It helps you spot top performers to celebrate, identify agents who may need support or coaching, and recognize trends that could signal risk of turnover.
