Introduction

Integrate with Brivo’s secure access control system to manage access across courts, doors, and restricted areas. Members are assigned a unique pin code tied to their account, granting them entry based on reservation and event times. This ensures that access is precisely timed, enhancing security and operational efficiency.

Required Disclosure

Please reach out to the CourtReserve Support team to obtain the liability waiver you will be required to review and sign in order to enable Access Control for your organization.

Getting Started with Brivo

To get started with Brivo, CLICK HERE to fill out our Sales Request Form. When you submit the form, a request will be sent to Brivo, and their sales team will start looking for a local dealer in your area. This process takes 3 to 4 business days. Once the right local dealer has been identified, a Brivo team member will contact you and connect you with the local dealer for a site walk. When all installation details are clear, you will be provided with a quote.

During their onboarding process, they will guide you through their lock installation process, as well as configuring the Brivo Access Portal for your club. You will also receive your API Key during their onboarding process when your proposal is initiated. Please also note that your proposal will need to be for keypad readers.

In addition to the CourtReserve integration monthly fee, clubs will also be responsible for paying Brivo's monthly API subscription, as well as the cost of any locks required for their facility. During Brivo's onboarding process, they will connect you with a local lock dealer. Lock pricing will vary depending on the dealer.

If you are new to Brivo, their API feature will be included in the proposal provided by the Brivo reseller. For existing Brivo customers, the reseller should be contacted to obtain a quote for the monthly API subscription cost. Once the subscription or proposal is agreed upon, your Brivo reseller will be responsible for filling out this form: CLICK HERE
