The CourtReserve and Patch Retention integration enables clubs to streamline operations, improve communication, and enhance member retention. By syncing your CourtReserve data with Patch, you can automate retention efforts, target messaging, and drive member loyalty with ease.

The Patch Retention integration is available to all CourtReserve subscribers without additional cost from CourtReserve. Contact Patch Retention for pricing.

Steps to Set Up Patch Retention Integration

Step 1: Within CourtReserve, navigate to Settings.

Step 2: Scroll to the bottom and click on Additional Features.

Step 3. Scroll down to the "Integrations" section, enable Patch Retention by clicking the check box and click "Setup".

Step 4: Copy and paste the Account ID and API Token that were provided by the Patch Customer Success Team.

Step 5: Save your changes!

Once you have saved the changes within CourtReserve, your setup is complete. It will take up to 24 hours before your account begins to sync.
