Following completion of your Branded Mobile App, the designated contact for your app will be able to view its analytics and reviews in both the Apple Developer Portal and the Google Play Console. This article describes how to set up your accounts, understand the data, and manage the reviews.

Accessing Your Branded Mobile App in the Developer Portals
Once your Branded Mobile App is complete, the contact email provided in the Branded Mobile App setup form will be added to our parent company’s developer accounts and linked to your app.
You’ll receive an email invitation from both Apple Developer and Google Play Console. Be sure to accept each invitation and follow the instructions in the emails to complete your account setup.
Account Setup - Apple Developer Login
Look for the Apple Developer invitation email in your inbox.
The email will come from Apple Developer using the address no_reply@email.apple.com.
Important: The invitation expires after three days, so be sure to click Accept Invitation as soon as possible.
Below is an example of what the email looks like from Apple Developer:
Accept the invitation in the above email and follow the steps to setup your Apple Developer account. A phone number is required to complete setup.
If your invitation has expired, contact CourtReserve Customer Success via Live Chat or success@courtreserve.com and we will resend the invitation in the next 24 hours.
An email with a verification code will be sent to you.
A verification code will also be sent to your phone number. Enter the code to finish setting up your Apple Account.
Lastly, review and agree the Apple Developer Agreement.

Account Setup - Google Play Console Login
Look for the Google Play Console invitation email in your inbox.
The email will come from Google Play Console using the address noreply-play-developer-console@google.com.
Important: The invitation expires one month after it’s sent, so be sure to accept it in a timely manner.
Below is an example of the email received from Google Play Console:
Accept the invitation in the above email and follow the steps to setup your Google Play Console developer account. A phone number is required to complete setup. If your invitation has expired, contact CourtReserve Customer Success via Live Chat or success@courtreserve.com and we will resend the invitation in the next 24 hours.
After agreeing to the Developer agreement and Terms of Service, you are immediately directed to the Google Play Console landing page. You should note your Account ID and URL for future reference. The URL to login is: https://play.google.com/console/u/0/developers

Access the App Data - Apple Developer Dashboard
The available apps in your account will be visible in the Apple Developer Dashboard. Click Apps and then click the app icon to navigate into your app's dashboard.
App Analytics - In the top menu, click Analytics to track your app's overall performance and user engagement.
Overview: In the upper right, select that date range you are interested in. Some key metrics are as follows:
Impressions: The number of times your app’s icon was seen on the App Store (anywhere your app appears, even if the user doesn’t tap on it).
Product Page Views: The number of times users tapped into your App Store listing.
Conversion Rate: The percentage of users who downloaded your app after viewing your product page.
Total Downloads: The number of times of first-time downloads or re-downloads.
Access the App Data - Google Console Dashboard
The available apps in your account will be visible in the Google Play Console Dashboard. Click the app icon to navigate into your App's dashboard.
The App dashboard displays valuable information and metrics about your app:
KPIs: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) you can choose/customize and track—for example, Total Installs, Active Devices, and Google Play Rating—to measure how your app is performing over time.
Click Add KPIs and add what is most interesting to you for your dashboard.

Managing App Reviews - Apple Developer Dashboard
To manage your app’s reviews in the Apple Developer Dashboard:
From the left-hand menu on your app's dashboard, go to Ratings and Reviews. Here, you can:
View star ratings and user-submitted written reviews.
Filter reviews by app version, star rating, and review type.
Respond directly to users—your reply will appear publicly in the App Store.
When looking at Rating and Reviews, make sure your filters are set properly.
To reply to a review, click Reply, write your reply, and Submit.
For each review, you can also Report a Concern to Apple for issues like spam, inappropriate language, etc.
Each time you receive a review from an Apple or Google device, you’ll get an email notification. If you’d like, you can reply to the review directly from that email.
Managing App Reviews - Google Play Console Dashboard
To manage your app’s reviews in Google Play Console Dashboard:
1. From the left-hand menu, go to Monitor and improve > Ratings and reviews.
2. Here, you can:
Ratings: View user-submitted star ratings. Note: the graphs default to show the last 28 days, so update if needed.
Reviews: View written feedback. Respond directly to users—your replies will appear publicly beneath the review.
Under the Reviews section, locate the review you want to respond to and click Reply in the text box.
