GETTING STARTED
There are two ways to access CourtReserve and its many features: through the CourtReserve mobile app or member portal. This document outlines how to book a court using the mobile app. The steps and screenshots in this guide are based on the modern dashboard version of the app. Please note that your Club’s setup may vary slightly in appearance.
HOW TO BOOK A COURT USING THE MOBILE APP
Log in to CourtReserve using the mobile app.
Note: If you’ve previously logged in, you may not need to sign in again.CourtReserve will display your primary Club. If you only use one Club, this is the Club you will see. If you have multiple Clubs/Organizations added to CourtReserve, ensure you are viewing the one where you want to make a reservation. See the article here for how to add and view your Clubs.
Tap Reservations, Reserve Now, or Book a Court - the labels may vary depending on how your Club has them set up.
Tap Book a Court.
Select Date, Court Type, and Start Time
You’ll see a court view based on your menu selection—some Clubs display all available courts, while others show a more limited set of options.
Tap to navigate to your preferred Date.
Find your desired Court Type from the top row displaying the court options. You may need to scroll right to see more courts.
Find your preferred Start Time from the column on the left, scrolling down to see more times if needed.
Tap Reserve for your desired Date, Court Type, and Start Time.
Finalizing the Reservation
On the Create Reservation screen, you will update or accept the reservation settings. Some fields can be changed and others cannot, depending on the rules at your Club.
Enter the Reservation Type field if is it not auto-filled.
Adjust the Duration (if needed): To change the default reservation duration, tap the Duration field and select a different option (if available at your Club). The End Time will update automatically.
Court(s): Review the court(s) you've selected. You can make changes or add additional courts.
Additional fields you may see (depending on Club's settings):
Information: Add any notes you'd like the Club to see.
Available Resources: Tap to view available recourse such as paddles or ball machines.
Open Reservation: Select Yes if you'd like to make your reservation open for additional players to join. You can then specify the type of players you're looking for by tapping EDIT CRITERIA.
Player(s): Review the players included in the reservation. For certain reservations, you are the primary owner of the court and will be the only player. See details below on Adding Players.
Disclosures / Cancellation Policies: Confirm you've read and agree to your Club’s policies.
When finalized, tap the CONFIRM button.
Adding Players
For certain reservation types, booking a court makes you the primary owner of the reservation—no need to add additional players. In these cases, you’ll be required to pay the full court fee at the time of booking.
If you need to add additional players, there are three ways to add them to a booking: add a Family Member, a Club member, or a Guest.
Family Member: If you'd like to add a member of your family, tap the pencil icon and add a family member.
Club Member: To add a Club member, tap the ADD PLAYERS button and search for the name(s).
Guest: If your Club permits you to add Guest to your reservation, tap the +Guest(s) button to add them.
A new screen displays. Select the Number of Guest(s) and then fill in the First Name and Last Name fields. The Phone Number field is optional.
Tap EDIT GUESTS to update information.
Tap the dot with a line icon to remove a name from the reservation.
Adding Favorites
You can "favorite" frequently selected players. Tap the heart icon next to a name. CourtReserve adds the name to your Favorite Players List. Next time, you can easily add this player to your reservation without using the search tool.
Total Due
If your Club requires payment up front, the Process Payment page will display. Follow the prompts to finalize payment.
Your Club may require a saved payment profile to complete your court reservation. If you receive a warning, simply add your payment profile—you’ll only need to do this once. If you need additional help, see the article here.
