There are two ways to access CourtReserve and its many features: through the CourtReserve mobile app or member portal. The member portal is the web version of CourtReserve you use through a browser on your computer or tablet. This article outlines how to add another Club using the member portal.
Accessing Multiple Clubs in CourtReserve
In CourtReserve, you’ll have a Primary Club—the one you visit most often. If you’d like to connect with other Clubs in the CourtReserve network, it’s easy to add them! Once added, you can switch between Clubs to view their available courts, lessons, leagues, special events, and more.
HOW TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL CLUB USING THE MEMBER PORTAL
1. Log in to CourtReserve through your Club’s member portal.
2. Click your name on the top-right.
3. Select My Organizations.
4. At the bottom of the menu, click Add Organization.
5. CourtReserve displays the Join Organization page. Use the search field to enter the name of the Club you'd like to add.
6. Select the name of the Club you'd like to add and click the Join button.
7. Once you choose a new Club to join, CourtReserve will show the Club’s sign-up form. Fill out the required information and click Save or Request Access.
Note: If the new Club requires manual approval, someone from their team will need to approve your request before you can access the Club using your existing login and password.
8. After you save, the new Club will appear under your My Organizations menu and on your Edit My Organization(s) page.
9. Your My Clubs page lets you manage the Clubs connected to your CourtReserve account. Here’s what you can do:
Join Another Organization: Add an additional Club to your CourtReserve account.
Delete: Click the trash icon to remove a Club from your account.
View: Click to go directly to the Club’s member portal.
Make Primary: Set a Club as your Primary Club, which will load by default when you log in to CourtReserve.
