Overview

Once you’ve set up the Swish integration in CourtReserve, you can quickly begin syncing your event participants into Swish. This lets you take advantage of automated match scheduling, result tracking, and real-time player updates—all without manual data entry.

Prerequisites

Before using the integration, make sure:

  • The Swish integration is enabled and set up in your CourtReserve settings.
If you haven’t done this yet, follow the Swish setup guide.

  • You have your Swish API key and location information saved.

  • Your event has registrants in CourtReserve ready to be synced.

Using the Swish Integration

Once the integration is successfully set up, navigate to a CourtReserve event to begin syncing your registrants with Swish. In just a few clicks, participants are transferred and Swish takes over match management.

Step 1: Find your Event

In CourtReserve, find the event you want to sync with Swish—either from the Scheduler or the Event List (details below).

Step 2: View Registrants and confirm Event is ready to sync

Note: The Sync to Swish button will only appear when your event has registrants.

Option 1: From the Scheduler

  1. On the Admin Panel, navigate to Schedulers > Expanded (or use any custom scheduler view that works best to see your events).

  2. Find the Event you'd like to sync with Swish and click the number of registrants on the event block (see example in red box below).

  3. When your event is ready, click the Sync to Swish button above the grid of registrants.

Option 2: From the Event List

  1. On the Admin Panel, navigate to Events > List.

  2. Find the Event you'd like to sync with Swish and click the event name.

  3. View the Dates tab. Expand the desired date.

  4. When your event is ready, click the Sync to Swish button above the grid of registrants.

Step 3: Select your Game Format

After clicking Sync to Swish, you will be able to select your desired game format.

Step 4 (optional): Select a Custom Field to Sync

If you're running a team-based event and using a custom field to capture the registrant’s partner name, you can sync this information to Swish. Once a team-based game format is selected, a Custom Field for Partner Name dropdown will appear. This allows you to choose any custom field applied to the event. The registrant's response in that field will then be used as their partner during the sync process.

Step 5: Finish Syncing your Game

After selecting your game format—and optionally a custom field to sync—click the Sync button in the bottom-right corner to complete the process.

Step 7: Navigate to Swish

After successfully syncing your event in CourtReserve, head over to Swish to continue managing your play!
