CourtReserve makes it simple to add Family Members to your account. Once added, you can book courts for them, include them in your own reservations, pay their fees, register them for lessons, and more.
There are two ways to access CourtReserve and its many features: through the CourtReserve mobile app or member portal. The member portal is the web version of CourtReserve you use through a browser on your computer or tablet. This article outlines how to add a Family Member using the member portal.
How to add a Family Member:
1. If required, log in to CourtReserve through your Club’s member portal.
2. Click your name on the top-right.
3. Click My Family.
4. Tap Add New Family Member.
5. If you're connected to multiple Clubs, select which of your Clubs you’d like your Family Member to be part of. All of your Clubs will be selected by default—deselect any you’d like to exclude. Your primary Club will be automatically selected and cannot be changed.
6. Fill out the required fields for your Family Member (marked with a red asterisk), select their Family Role (Primary, Spouse, Other Adult, or Child), and click Save. If you’re connected to multiple Clubs, you'll need to complete all required fields for each one.
If your Family Member is designated as a Child, CourtReserve will display an "Allow Child to Login" checkbox, which is unchecked by default. Check this box to give your child permission to log in to CourtReserve. Once enabled, your child will need an email address and password and will be able to book courts and register for lessons independently. Leave the box unchecked if you prefer to manage bookings on their behalf.
7. Your Family Member will then appear in the My Family section of your CourtReserve Member Portal. From there, you can click the pencil icon to edit their details or click the red garbage icon to remove them from your family account.
