An "Event" at your Club refers to activities like Open Play sessions or weekly Intro classes. Many Events are organized into groups based on things like gender or player rating. This article explains the different ways to view available events, and how to access and manage your reservations after registering.

GETTING STARTED

There are two ways to access CourtReserve and its many features: through the CourtReserve mobile app or member portal. This document outlines how to book an event using the member portal.

HOW TO BOOK AN EVENT USING THE MEMBER PORTAL

  1. Log in to CourtReserve through the member portal.

  2. CourtReserve will display your primary Club. If you only use one Club, this is the Club you will see. If you have multiple Clubs/Organizations added to CourtReserve, make sure you are viewing the one where you want to see events. See the article here for how to add and view your Clubs.

  3. From the top menu, click Events.
Note: Your Club may use a slightly different label for this option.

Depending on how your Club has things organized, you can browse using options like List, Categories, or Calendar. Each provides a different way to view and explore available events.

Here is an example of a List view:

From here, you can do many valuable things like:

  • Filter the list of Events you see by Category, Tag, or Instructor.

  • Click VIEW UPCOMING DATES to review the recurring event dates.

View your Registrations

  1. From each view of the Events, you can Register for the event if registration has been opened.

  2. Upon registration, you can see what you've signed up for in two places:

Via the My Events screen:

  • If you have multiple Clubs connected to CourtReserve, make sure you are looking at the correct Club.

  • In the top menu bar, click Events > My Events.

Via the My Bookings screen:

  • If you have multiple Clubs connected to CourtReserve, make sure you are looking at the correct Club.

  • Click your name in the upper-right.

  • Click My Bookings.

  • Here you can see your active registrations. Depending on the rules at your Club, you may be able to edit your registration, where you can do things like add a family member, see how many are registered, or update your DUPR rating.

  • If your Club allows, you may also see a Withdraw button where you can withdraw from participating.
