Packages Report

View how packages are being used across your club.

INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: This report displays the current status of each member’s package usage based on selected filters.

  • Use Cases: Identify which packages are actively being used, troubleshoot member questions related to package redemptions, and track upcoming expirations for targeted follow-up or marketing outreach.

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

To access this report, the Packages add-on feature must be enabled.

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard.

  2. Click REPORTS > PACKAGE(S).

Filter the report

Use the available fields to narrow down the view of your report data. All are optional.

  • Purchased On Start / Purchased On End: Filter results by the date range when packages were purchased.

  • Package Categories: Select specific package categories to include in the report.

  • Sale Status: Choose the status of packages to view:

    • Active: Currently valid and usable.

    • Expired: No longer valid due to expiration.

    • Redeemed: Fully used with no remaining punches.

    • Deleted: Removed packages.

  • Revenue Categories: Filter by the Revenue Category associated with each package.

  • Packages: Select one or more specific packages to report on or leave as ALL.

  • Remaining Punches: Filter by the number of remaining punches on packages.

Under Setup Report Output, select the fields you want to include in the report results when it is generated.

After running the report, review your data.
Tip: Use the Email Players button to contact the members included in your report results.


For example, you can run the report for all members with expired packages and follow up with an email campaign to encourage them to purchase a new one. Review where to find the package URL to copy and paste into an email here.
