Feature Summary: Generate an Excel report of your court usage based on the selected filters.
Use Cases: A Court Sheet in a racquet facility is used to manage and visualize court reservations. It includes a grid layout that shows each court’s availability throughout the day, organized by time slots. This helps quickly see which courts are booked or available and how they're being used.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Report Criteria
Start Date – The first day to include in the report.
End Date – The last day to include in the report.
Custom Date – A quick option to generate the report for convenient date selections.
Courts – Select specific courts to include in the report or leave the default of ALL for a complete view.
Include Court Bookings – Check to include court reservations in the report.
Include Events – Check to include scheduled events like tournaments or clinics in the report.
Reservation Types – Filter by specific Reservation Types (e.g., Pickleball - Doubles, Tennis - Singles) or choose ALL.
Event Categories – Select specific Event Categories (e.g., Adult Clinics, Junior Programs) or choose ALL.
Tags – Filter by custom tags or choose ALL.
Instructors – Narrow the report to include bookings for specific instructors or choose ALL.
Players – Enter letters of a players name to search for specific players to include.
Show Players – Check to display player information in the report. Player names will display for reservations and lessons, while number of players will display for events.
Show Instructors – Choose whether to display instructor names in the report.
