The Ingenico 5000 Cloud is a countertop point-of-sale (POS) device tailored for environments with high transaction volumes. It connects via Ethernet, ensuring reliable and fast transaction processing. It supports a broad array of payment methods including contactless, chip, swipe, and keyed-in transactions—all within a single unit.

From a security standpoint, the 5000 Cloud is equipped with enhanced cryptographic protections, boasting PCI-PTS 5.x and 6.x certifications, which means it adheres to modern security standards. This terminal is particularly well-suited for clubs using a central payment station where mobility isn't a requirement but performance and transaction handling speed are critical.

Included Cables

Your device includes two sets of cables:

  1. Power Cable – Plugs into a standard wall outlet.

    • An Ethernet connector (for wired internet connection)

    • A Power input (where the power cable connects)

Initial Power-Up

  1. Connect the main connection cable to the bottom of the device.

  2. Plug in the Ethernet cable:

    • Directly into the Ethernet port on the side of the device (depending on router location).

  3. Plug the power cable into the splitter, then into a power outlet.

  4. The device should boot up automatically.

  5. Once booted:
