INTRODUCTION

CourtReserve offers powerful integrations that simplify access control to your facility, payments, marketing, and more. Instead of managing multiple disconnected systems, these integrations allow you to centralize operations, reduce admin work, and deliver a better player experience all through CourtReserve.

This article provides an overview of each integration — including what it solves, how it works, pricing, and how to get started. Each section also links to setup guides, articles, videos, or demo requests. For additional insights, be sure to check out our integrations blog post here.

Access Control

CourtReserve integrates with two access control providers—and you choose the one that best fits your business.

With access control connected to CourtReserve, you have the ability to:

  • Manage member entry to courts, doors, and restricted areas.

  • Assign PIN codes linked directly to each member’s account (Brivo).

  • Grant access automatically based on reservation or program times (RemoteLock).

This ensures secure, timely, and efficient access across your facility.

Review this article for a side-by-side comparison of Brivo and Remote Lock.

Review this blog post for an overview of access control and its uses: Access Control for Racquet Clubs Explained.

What it solves: Secure, automated access management.

How it works: Players receive static six-digit PINs tied to their membership for access control. Best for indoor clubs with wired infrastructure.

Cost: The Brivo integration costs $25/month on CourtReserve’s Start and Grow plans, and is included with Scale and Enterprise. (For organizations on Legacy pricing, the cost is $30/month.) In addition to any CourtReserve integration fees, organizations are responsible for any fees charged by Brivo.

In addition, clubs must pay Brivo’s own monthly API subscription fee and purchase the necessary locks. Brivo will connect clubs with a local lock dealer during onboarding, and lock costs will vary by dealer.

What it solves: Reliable access control without wired infrastructure.

How it works: Players receive unique one-time PINs for each reservation or event using battery-powered locks.

Cost: The RemoteLock integration costs $25/month on CourtReserve’s Start and Grow plans, and is included with Scale and Enterprise. (For organizations on Legacy pricing, the cost is $30/month.) In addition to any CourtReserve integration fees, organizations are responsible for any fees charged by RemoteLock (such as RemoteLock hardware).

Clubs are also responsible for purchasing locks directly through RemoteLock by emailing partnersales@remotelock.com with their facility details. Neither CourtReserve nor RemoteLock handle installation, but RemoteLock can connect clubs with certified installers—or clubs may use their own vendors or handle installation themselves.

Marketing & Retention

What it solves: Boosts engagement and loyalty with automated communication and retention campaigns.
How it works: Patch Retention is a marketing automation and retention platform that helps clubs boost participation, improve loyalty, and personalize communication. Once connected, Patch syncs CourtReserve data daily (not in real time)—including player profiles, reservations, memberships, and check-ins—so you can run targeted campaigns at the right time.
Cost: Available on all plans. Requires a paid Patch subscription (contact Patch for pricing).

What it Solves: A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform built for pickleball clubs to manage leads, automate communications, and track marketing ROI—saving time and reducing manual work.

How it Works: Connected to CourtReserve via API, StackEleven automatically syncs user and lead data, runs pre-built text and email campaigns, and tracks performance metrics like Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Next Steps:

Reach out to StackEleven directly here.

If you plan to use StackEleven with CourtReserve, you’ll need to set up an API, as this is required to establish the connection.

Member Login

What it solves: Single sign-on login experience.
How it works: MembersFirst is a website and member login platform commonly used by country clubs. To enable the integration, MembersFirst must already be in place. (If your club does not use MembersFirst, CourtReserve can still function independently to power your club.) When integrated, clubs can offer single sign-on (SSO), allowing members to log into CourtReserve directly from the MembersFirst website using their existing credentials.

From the member’s perspective, the experience is seamless: they access their usual MembersFirst account and book courts as they normally would. Behind the scenes, CourtReserve powers the reservations, but the interface remains within MembersFirst.

Cost: Included with Scale and Enterprise plans, $25/month on Grow and Legacy, and not available on Start. In addition to any CourtReserve integration fees, organizations are responsible for any fees charged by MembersFirst.

Next Steps:

For more information, reach out to your MembersFirst representative to start the connection process and review the integration process article.

What it solves: Seamless login across platforms.
How it works: Clubessential is a website and member login platform commonly used by country clubs. To enable the integration, Clubessential must already be in place. (If your club does not use Clubessential, CourtReserve can still function independently to power your club.) With single sign-on (SSO), players can access CourtReserve directly from their Clubessential portal using the same credentials — making it easier to book courts and manage their schedules without juggling multiple logins.

Cost: Included with Scale and Enterprise plans, $25/month on Grow and Legacy, and not available on Start. Clubessential requires the Organization to enter into an agreement and pay a monthly usage fee. The specific fee will be provided by the organization’s Clubessential representative.

Leagues, Events & Ratings

What it solves: Automates scheduling, scoring, and live standings for leagues and events - saving time and ensuring accuracy. It supports the following popular formats: Rotating Partner Round Robin, Set Partner Round Robin, King of the Court, League: Rotating Partner Round Robin, League: Set Partner Round Robin, League: Ladder, and League: King of the Court.
How it works: The CourtReserve and Swish integration simplifies event management by seamlessly transferring event registrants from CourtReserve into Swish, which handles scheduling, rotations, score tracking, and player engagement for leagues and events.

Cost: $25/month on Grow and Legacy, no additional cost for Scale/Enterprise, not available on Start. Additionally, clubs will need a paid subscription with Swish. Contact Swish for pricing.

What it solves: Sync player ratings directly into CourtReserve and use them for event and league registration requirements.

How it works: Sync DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) scores directly into CourtReserve member profiles. These ratings can be used as registration restrictions for leagues and programs, ensuring players participate at the right skill level.

Clubs can also leverage ratings for targeted communications—for example, sending an email blast to members with a DUPR 4.0 rating to promote a 4.0 Ladies Night.

Cost: $25/month on Legacy, Start, and Grow plans; included with Scale and Enterprise. In addition to any CourtReserve integration fees, organizations are responsible for any fees charged by DUPR.

Articles:

Next Steps:

To get started with DUPR, first register your organization as a DUPR Club. If your organization is not yet a DUPR Club and you would like to become one, click here for more information. Then, in CourtReserve, go to Settings - Additional Features to enable DUPR integration. Click the orange Setup button, and enter your DUPR API key to connect and begin syncing. For assistance see the article linked above or reach out to the CourtReserve support team.

Video & Player Experience

What it solves: Let players record and replay matches with AI-powered video tools—all accessed through CourtReserve.
How it works: Save My Play’s AI-powered cameras make it easy for players to capture their sessions. Once integrated, players simply set the duration and recording type to start on their court. When the session ends, they’ll receive an email with the video from Save My Play and can also view it directly in the CourtReserve app.

Cost: Available on Grow for an additional $25/month, included with Scale and Enterprise, and not available on Start or Legacy plans or in Trial mode. In addition to any CourtReserve integration fees, organizations are responsible for any fees charged by Save My Play.

Food & Beverage

What it solves: A streamlined Point of Sale (POS) solution for snacks, drinks, and other food & beverage items—ideal for clubs with active F&B operations with restaurants and bars. It makes charging, tracking, and managing purchases simple and efficient.
How it works: The integration allows clubs to use GoTab for ordering and ticketing while seamlessly connecting with CourtReserve to charge players for their “tab” directly through CourtReserve. This streamlines food and beverage transactions and delivers a seamless payment experience for both members and admins.

Cost: Available on Grow, Scale, and Enterprise plans at no additional cost; not available on Start plan, Legacy pricing, or in Trial mode. In addition to any CourtReserve integration fees, organizations are responsible for any fees charged by GoTab.

What it Solves: Enables self-pour beverage management, giving clubs an easy way to track and charge beverage consumption.

How it Works: Integrate with PourMyBev to let players self-pour at your facility. Players simply scan their unique PourMyBev QR code to activate the tap, and charges are automatically added to their CourtReserve account.
Cost: $25/month on Grow plan, included with Scale and Enterprise, and not available on Start or Legacy or in Trial mode. In addition to any CourtReserve integration fees, organizations are responsible for any fees charged by PourMyBev.

Integrated Payments

What it solves: Streamlines the way clubs collect payments for memberships, reservations, lessons, and events by integrating directly with trusted payment providers. This ensures a secure, convenient, and professional checkout experience for both clubs and players.

How it works: CourtReserve integrates with SafeSave (U.S.-based) and Stripe (available in 46 countries). Clubs must have an active merchant account with their chosen provider. Once integrated:

  • Players can pay with credit/debit cards and ACH/eCheck (U.S. only). When using Stripe integration, Interac Debit can be used in Canada.

  • CourtReserve processes payments through an integrated, tokenized form provided by each payment partner. This setup ensures a secure and convenient experience for both administrators and end users. CourtReserve never stores full payment card data. For identification purposes only, the processor may return the last four digits of a card, which we may display to help users recognize their payment method.

  • Hardware options are available for in-person transactions, such as Ingenico devices (SafeSave) or Stripe card readers (WisePOS E, S700).

  • Admins manage billing, refunds, and reporting directly within CourtReserve, while funds are deposited to the club’s bank account by the provider.

Cost: This feature is available in Grow, Scale, and Enterprise plans and those on Legacy pricing, but not available on Start. SafeSave and Stripe each have their own transaction fees and hardware costs. Please refer to the provider’s pricing for details.

Next Steps: Decide which payment provider you’d like to use (Stripe or SafeSave) and contact that provider directly to begin the setup process. If you encounter any issues along the way, our team is here to help — just reach out via Live Chat Support or by emailing us here.

Custom Integrations

API Access

What it solves: Provides clubs with the flexibility to connect CourtReserve to external systems.
How it works: API Access allows clubs to securely connect CourtReserve to external systems — making it easier to share data across platforms and streamline day-to-day workflows. API access gives you the flexibility to build custom connections that enhance how your club operates.
Cost: API access is included at no additional cost on Scale and Enterprise plans, and not available on Start or Grow plans or organizations on Legacy pricing.

Articles:

Next Steps: Review the article with available endpoints, then connect with a developer to complete setup. A developer is required, as our team does not assist with linking the API. For general guidance, you can reach out to our support team here.
