INTRODUCTION
This article covers each setting under the Notifications row in the Admin Panel. To access it, navigate to SETTINGS—it’s the 11th row of icons in the panel. Each icon represents a group of related notification settings you’ll configure for your organization. The steps below walk you through both options.
1. Player
Manage notification settings for players, including global system configurations and individual player preferences. These settings determine how and when players receive email, text, and push notifications related to their activities in CourtReserve.
Key Functions:
Configure global notification defaults for all players.
Define the delivery methods available.
Notification Types:
Email – Sent automatically for key account or reservation events. Enabled by default.
Text – Optional add-on that sends SMS alerts for updates and confirmations.
Push – Optional add-on that delivers instant notifications through the CourtReserve mobile app.
Notification Categories:
Stringing Job – Alerts related to stringing job completions.
Leagues – Updates for league registrations and match details.
Reservations – Court booking confirmations, changes, and cancellations.
Events – Event registration, withdrawal, and reminder notifications.
Lessons – Lesson approvals, reminders, and cancellations.
Membership – Membership renewals, offers, and payments.
Financial – Payment, refund, and package transaction alerts.
General – Account and system-related notifications, such as status updates.

2. System User
Manage notification settings for CourtReserve system users such as sub-admins, instructors, and coordinators. These settings determine which operational notifications each user type receives and allow global or individual-level customization.
Key Functions:
Configure global notification defaults for all system users.
Manage notifications for sub-admins, instructors, and coordinators.
Define which user roles receive specific alerts for operational tasks.
Notification Delivery Options:
Email – Enabled by default for all users.
Text – Optional add-on for SMS alerts.
Push – Optional add-on for instant notifications via the mobile app.
