Beta Status: CourtReserve Network™ Settings

Manage How Your Club Appears in the CourtReserve Network

Written by Mari Bern

This feature is currently in Beta, meaning it's actively being tested and refined before a full release. Access is based on geographic location rather than individual club enrollment, and all clubs and players in Florida currently have access, with nothing for a club to enable. Florida was chosen first because it has one of the highest concentrations of CourtReserve clubs in the country, spanning tennis, pickleball, and padel, making it a strong testing ground. Unlike other Beta features, new clubs can't be added to this rollout individually; CourtReserve plans to expand access by region as it gathers feedback from players and clubs.

INTRODUCTION

Feature Summary: The CourtReserve Network settings control whether your club appears in the CourtReserve Network, and let you manage the courts, sports, description, photos, and amenities players see in your listing.

Use Cases:

  • Turn your club's network visibility on or off

  • Update your court details and sports offered so players can filter accurately

  • Add a club description and photos to your network listing

  • Control which amenities display and in what order

OVERVIEW

The CourtReserve Network brings clubs together in one place inside the CourtReserve app, where players can discover clubs near them, whether or not they're logged in. From your club's network settings, you can turn network visibility off or, if enabled, control the details that display in your listing, including courts, sports offered, an about section, photos, and amenities.

Note: These settings only control how your club is listed and appears in the CourtReserve Network, which players access by tapping Explore in the CourtReserve app. They don't affect how logged in members see or use your club elsewhere in CourtReserve, with one exception: using Edit Courts here updates the same court data used throughout CourtReserve.

Turning off network visibility removes your club's listing from the Network. Players who aren't logged in won't see your club when they browse it.

Members can still log in, stay associated with their preferred club, and navigate between the clubs they belong to as usual. If they tap Explore, they can still access the Network, but your club won't appear in it.

NAVIGATION

  1. From the admin panel, go to Settings.

  2. Under Organization Settings, click CourtReserve Network.

SETTINGS

If your club is shown on the CourtReserve Network, most of the settings below correspond directly to what displays on the Info tab of your club's Network listing, including your photos, about section, court details, and amenities. Several of these settings also determine which filters players can use to find your club, such as sport, court type, and amenities.

Show on CourtReserve Network

Turn this toggle on to make your club visible in the CourtReserve Network, or off to remove your club's listing. The default setting is enabled (switched “on”). A Live badge displays next to the toggle while it's on, and no badge displays when it's switched off. This setting applies to this location only, so multi-location organizations configure it separately for each one. When your club isn't listed, your members who are logged in can still access the Network by tapping Explore in their app footer, but your club won't be listed.

Courts

This section shows your indoor, outdoor, and total court counts.

Click Edit Courts to open a list of all your courts, where you can set the Sport and Environment (Indoor or Outdoor) for each one. Use the search field to find a specific court, or select multiple courts using the checkboxes to update them together. Click Save to apply your changes; these updates carry over to the same court records used throughout CourtReserve. If you assign a sport here that isn't already listed under Sports Offered, it's added there automatically. Players can also filter their search by court type, so keeping the Environment for each court accurate helps them find your club.

Examples from a Network listing:

Sports Offered

This list fills in automatically based on the sports assigned to your courts and shows a count of courts per sport. Click the x next to a sport to remove it. To add a sport your club offers, type it into the Add another sport field and click Add. Players can also filter their search by sport, so keeping this list accurate helps them find your club.

Note: Sports added here only appear as an amenity on your network listing. They aren't added to other areas of CourtReserve where sports are preset.

About

Add a brief description of your club to display on your public profile. This field is limited to 750 characters and includes a running character counter. This field does not support text markup (bold, bullets, font sizes, etc.) but does support paragraph breaks/spacing.

Example from a Network listing:

Photos

Click Add Photo to upload up to 10 photos, 10 MB maximum per file, in JPG or PNG format. The first photo in the list is used as your cover photo. Drag photos to reorder them, or click the star icon on any photo to set it as the cover. By default, CourtReserve will display a default picture of your organization from your Google Business Profile. Once photos are uploaded to this space, they will override the default Google image.

Examples from a Network listing:

Your cover photo appears with your club's listing in search results.

When a player selects your listing, the cover photo displays at the top of the page, and your full set of photos appears in the Photos section of the Info tab.

Amenities

This section lists the amenities that display on your public profile. Total courts stays in sync with your court counts automatically and isn't a toggle. Turn the remaining amenities on or off individually. Players can also filter their search by amenities, so keeping these accurate helps them find your club:

  • Pro shop

  • Food & Beverage

  • Stringing

  • Reservations

  • Lessons

  • Clinics & Camps

  • Tournaments

  • Leagues

  • Locker rooms

  • Demo Program

  • Video Recording (displays for clubs with an active Save My Play or PlaySight integration only)

  • Parking

Drag any amenity to change its display order. To add your own, type it into the Add a custom amenity field and click Add. By default, amenities you are already using in CourtReserve will be enabled (switched “on”). For example, if you are using the Point of Sale at your club, the Pro Shop will be switched “on”.
