Enable Check-Ins on Schedulers

Manage Access to the Check-In Tool on Admin Schedulers.

INTRODUCTION

Feature Summary: Enable or disable the check-in button on the admin scheduler.

Use Cases: If enabled, system users can manually check in players from the admin scheduler. This time-saving feature provides instructors and system users with more flexibility because they can check-in lesson or event registrants (e.g. on the court or near a pool) on a mobile device without working from the main office computer terminal. System users at the front desk can also utilize this feature from the admin panel schedulers.

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard.

  2. Click SETTINGS on the side menu.

  3. Scroll down to the ORGANIZATION SETTINGS heading.

  4. Click the General icon. A new page displays.

  5. Scroll down to the Hide Check-in on Scheduler heading and uncheck the box.

  6. Click Save.

If this setting is left unchecked, the Check-In button will appear on bookings in the admin scheduler. This makes it easy for system users to access the booking details page and check players in for that reservation.


ADMIN PERSPECTIVE

Default Setting

The default setting allows system users to manage check-ins from the scheduler. Locate a booking and click the triangle icon to open the booking details page.

Check in players individually using the Check-In buttons on the right, or use the checkbox on the far left to check in all players—or only the ones you select.


Disabled Feature

Alternately, if you check the Hide Check-in on Scheduler box in the settings, CourtReserve hides the triangle check-in icon.
