INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Admins have the ability to manage their Club’s CourtReserve subscription directly from their admin panel. This includes accessing detailed subscription pricing, reviewing past invoices, changing subscription status, and updating billing information. To make changes to billing information, admins must have the current payment details on file.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
On the admin panel, navigate to SUBSCRIPTION.
Note: If your Manage Subscription page shows you are on a Legacy Pricing plan, please jump to this section for more information.

Billing Information
On the Manage Your Subscription page, locate the Billing information on the right hand side of the screen.
Update Billing Contact Information
Next to Account Information, click Update Information to update your billing details, including name, email, phone number, and billing address. Click Confirm Changes to save.
Update Billing Payment Method
Next to Payment Information, click Update Information to update your billing payment method (credit card or eCheck). Click Confirm Changes to save.
View Invoices
Next to Next Billing Cycle, click Payment History to view past invoices.
Subscription Information
On the Manage Your Subscription page, under Subscription Information, you can update your plan and modify the status of your CourtReserve subscription.
Update Subscription Status
Click Update Status. There are two options:
Turn on Seasonal Mode for your Club. Seasonal Clubs are organizations that only operate during specific times of the year. See detailed information here.
Cancel your CourtReserve Subscription.
At the time of cancellation, your Club will be removed from all public directories within CourtReserve, including the member portal Find Your Club page and the CourtReserve Mobile App club search, both of which only list organizations with an active subscription status.
However, your Club's account will remain active until the end of the current subscription billing period. During this time:
Admin Access: Admins will continue to have full access to the admin portal, allowing them to extract data, manage ongoing operations, and finalize financials for a smooth transition.
Member Access: Members will still have access to the Member Portal, where they can log in, book courts, register for events, pay for activities, and create new accounts through your Club’s unique portal URL.
Update Plan
Click Update Plan. Review the CourtReserve platform options for your monthly plan subscription. See additional details on our web site here. When ready, click Choose This Plan. You will be prompted to Confirm Changes.
Legacy Pricing
If your Club is on CourtReserve Legacy pricing, manage your subscription and billing as follows.
Update Billing Contact Information
On the Manage Your Subscription page, update your billing details, including name, email, phone number, and billing address. Click Update Subscription to save.
Update Billing Payment Method
Edit your saved information or select a Payment Type from the drop down and edit/update subscription payment method information. Click Update Subscription to save.
View Invoices
Under the Subscription Monthly Pricing Breakdown section, click Payment History on the bottom left to view past invoices.
Update Subscription Status

Upgrade to Tiered Pricing - Click this button to upgrade your CourtReserve subscription plan. See additional details on the CourtReserve web site here. When ready, click Choose This Plan. You will be prompted to Confirm Changes.

Subscription Billing
CourtReserve bills monthly, with a detailed breakdown of current charges available on the Subscription page. The next billing date and an overview of monthly charges can also be found on this page. An invoice will be emailed to the billing contact each month upon processing.
