INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Create a report that shows every reservation or event date canceled by the organization.
Use Cases: This is a useful backup feature in case a system user accidentally cancels a reservation or event date. Systems users can run a report to find the affected players, for instance, and then rebuild the reservation or event.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Go to the side menu and click REPORTS > CANCELLATIONS. Manually set the start and end dates, or click the field to select a pre-built period (e.g. Current Month).
Enable any combination of filters to narrow the data set. For example, system users could generate a report for one reservation type, lesson category, or instructor.
Scroll down to the Setup Report Output heading. The table shows all possible columns that could be included in the report (based on the enabled filters). Check or uncheck boxes to add or exclude report columns.
After the report is ran, each cancellation on this report will have a Details button.
Details can be clicked to see a further breakdown of the cancellation.
