INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: The Hours of Operation page lets you set your club's daily opening and closing times, which can optionally sync to your court schedules.
Use Cases:
Set daily open and close times to match your club's operating hours
Mark specific days as closed when your club does not operate
Apply the same hours to all open days at once instead of entering them individually
Choose whether court schedules automatically update to reflect changes made to your Hours of Operation
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
To set up a club's Hours of Operation, go to the admin panel, navigate to the SETTINGS > ORGANIZATION SETTINGS row, and click the Hours of Operation icon.
OVERVIEW
Set the Open and Close Time(s) for each day of the week to define your club’s overall operating hours.
If Update Court Schedule to match these hours is selected (the default setting), the daily court schedules will automatically update to reflect changes made to the Hours of Operation. To view court schedules, go to SETTINGS > COURT & RESOURCE SETTINGS > Courts, then click Edit next to a court to see its hours.
If a club is closed on certain days of the week, select Closed on this day.
If the hours are the same each day, use the Apply to All Days button to copy the current day’s hours to all other open days.
Customized Hours within Open and Close Times
If players are limited to booking during specific hours within a club’s overall operating hours, those hours can be customized using a Custom Scheduler. Click here to learn about Custom Schedulers.
Audit Log
Use the Audit Log in the upper right corner to review changes made to the Hours of Operation.
