INTRODUCTION

Feature Summary: The Combo Courts feature allows you to link multiple courts so they can be booked together as a single, larger playing area. This is ideal for facilities that use the same space for different activities (e.g., two pickleball courts that combine into one tennis court). When a combo court is booked, all linked courts are automatically blocked from separate reservations.

Use Cases:

  • Multi-purpose spaces – Convert two smaller courts into one larger court for special events or matches.

  • Prevent double-booking – Ensure that when one version of the space is reserved, the other linked courts are unavailable.

  • Flexible facility scheduling – Allow your facility to adapt to different sports, event sizes, or seasonal programming.

How Combo Courts Work

  1. Create the main court (e.g., Tennis Court 1) and the linked courts (e.g., Pickleball Court 1 and Pickleball Court 2). See set up details here.

  2. In the court setup, add the linked courts in the Combo Court(s) field.

  3. When any court in the combo group is booked, the system automatically reserves all connected courts.

  4. Once set up, bookings on any linked court will always block the others.

How to Set Up Combo Courts

  1. Go to SETTINGS > COURT & RESOURCE SETTINGS > Courts.

  2. Select Create Court or Edit an existing court.

  3. Scroll down to the Combo Court(s) section.

  4. Click the Combo Court(s) field and select the courts you want to link.

  5. Click Save changes.

  6. Repeat for other courts as needed to ensure correct linking.

ADMIN PERSPECTIVE

If a player books Tennis Court #1 (linked as a combo court with Pickleball Courts #1 and #2), a lock icon appears on the linked pickleball courts to indicate they are unavailable and part of the combo court reservation.
