FAQ: My member has 'Admin Privileges' but isn't supposed to be a System User.
Many times if a member has issues logging in or accessing their account, it's because they created their own club/organization in CourtReserve, instead of registering under the club/organization they are currently a member of.
What to do:
Have your member create a new account at YOUR club/organization
It's important they select your club from the preexisting clubs in CourtReserve rather than 'creating a new club' (typing your club's name) when they create their account.
2. Contact CourtReserve Support Team to have the member's admin account deleted!
