INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Reverse a payment or refund on a member's account.
Use Cases: Use this feature to undo a payment or refund on a player's account. When reverting a Balance refund, this can be done to re-process the refund to the member's original form of payment.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Reverting a payment or refund
Log in to the admin dashboard.
Go to the side menu and click MEMBERS > SEARCH.
Look up a member's name.
Click the pencil icon.
On the user's page:
Click the Billing tab.
Click the All Transactions tab.
Locate the payment or refund and click the Transaction Date.
On the popup window, click the Revert or Revert Refund button.

Click Save on the confirmation page to finalize the transaction adjustment.
Please note that reverting payments is restricted to the pre-settlement phase. Once a transaction has fully settled, it cannot be reverted; instead, a refund will be the available recourse of returning funds to a member/player.
