Transactions: Refunds Tab

This article shows the new refunds tabs for pending, accepted, and refused refunds.

The Refunds section now has 3 tabs: Pending, Accepted, and Refused.

An important update to note is that the Refunds section now includes ALL refunds in the system - not just refunds from cancelled Events or Reservations.

If we go to TRANSACTIONS > REFUNDS:

We can see the new layout:

Under PENDING REFUNDS tab we can see the option to ACCEPT, REFUSE, or RESCHEDULE

If we go under the ACCEPTED REFUNDS tab we'll see the ACCEPTED refunds that have already been processed as well as a transaction link icon that gives the details of the transaction:

Here we can now see the transaction information from when we click the transaction link icon:

Therefore, when there is a 'Refund to Balance,' the transaction link will now show the transaction details as well as the (R) for Refund to specify the 'Refund to Balance.'

NOTE: Here, we can see the breakdown of the $20 fee by clicking on the (R) icon for this transaction.

Under REFUSED REFUNDS tab we see the list of refused refunds with the transaction information such as Payment Type and Date the Refund Transaction was refused on.
