INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: System users create court and ball machines on the CourtReserve Platform.
Use Cases: Configure important membership type settings like managing visibility on the member portal and allowing members to cancel a membership and stop payment.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Log in to the admin dashboard.
Go to the side menu and click SETTINGS. A new page displays.
Go to the COURT & BALL MACHINE SETTINGS heading.
Click an icon to open a section. (see below)
CourtReserve organizes courts and ball machines by type. When a club adds a new facility, the system user must first create a type. For example, a club has two types of courts (hard and indoor) and then adds a new facility (e.g. clay court). The system user must first create a clay type before adding the clay court to the platform.
Sections
Courts - Create a new court that displays on the member portal.
Court Types - Create category tags to organize court information on the platform.
Custom Schedulers - Create a custom scheduler to organize a subset of courts (e.g. different schedulers for indoor and outdoor courts) or run different operating schedules.
Closure Types - Create category tags for court closures (e.g. repairs, maintenance, holidays).
Ball Machine Categories - Create category tags for machines and other bookable equipment.
Closures - System users can close courts in response to changing conditions.
Manage Ball Machines - Add equipment to the platform and track resource use.
Court Waitlisting - Use this tool to keep the courts busy in case a member cancels a booking.
