Feature Summary: System users can create and manage courts and resources (e.g., ball machines and other rentable equipment) within the CourtReserve platform. This article provides a high-level view of the tools and settings used to organize, configure, and maintain your facility’s courts and resources.

Use Cases: Gain a clear understanding of the essential Court & Resource Settings, including court and resource types, closures, waitlisting, and the available schedulers—helping you configure and manage your facility efficiently.

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard.

  2. Go to the side menu and click SETTINGS. A new page displays.

  3. Go to the COURT & RESOURCE SETTINGS heading.

  4. Click an icon to open a section (see below).

Rename the Resource Label

In CourtReserve, the high-level term “Resource” can be renamed to better fit your facility’s needs. For example, if your only resource is ball machines, you can change “Resource” to “Ball Machine.” This setting is located in ORGANIZATION SETTINGS > General. See related article here.

Note: In older videos, the term Ball Machines is used to describe any rentable equipment. This label has since been updated to Resources throughout CourtReserve (unless a facility has chosen a custom name). The functionality remains the same—only the name has changed.
