Members Report: Last Login Date

After sending the Welcome Email or anytime after this shows how to run a Member Report to see when they have logged in.

INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: Generate a list of organization members who have logged in during a specific time frame.

  • Use Cases: If an organization wants to identify members who have not logged in within the past year, the Last Login Date filters can be used to exclude members who have logged in during the current year.

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

Go to Settings > Reports > Members.

Scroll down to locate the Last Login Date From and Last Login Date To fields. System users can set date parameters in these fields to generate a list of members who last logged in within the specified date range.

Click Run Report. You can also save this as a filter to use later.
