1. How do I sign up for my Club's online reservation system / Member Portal?
You can sign up and access CourtReserve in two ways:
Member Portal: Click on the link in the Welcome email from your Club or go to https://app.courtreserve.com/portal/(insert club name)
Mobile App: Download the CourtReserve app on your mobile device from the App Store or Google Play.
Once installed, search for your Club by name and follow the prompts to join.
See detailed information here.
2. I created a CourtReserve account, but I can't sign in. What should I do?
Your login email must match the one your Club has on file. We recommend calling your Club to confirm the correct email address. If there's a mismatch, the system won’t recognize your account. If you know your email address is correct, use the Forgot Password link to set up a new password.
3. I can't find my friend’s name when trying to add them to a booking.
Some names may not show right away due to alphabetical limits in the dropdown.
Try searching by last name for better results.
The dropdown displays only the first eight results in alphabetical order, so you may need to scroll or refine your search. For example, searching for “Tom” might only show Toms with last names starting A–H, depending on the list.
4. I’m getting a "Validation Error: You have reached the max number of courts allowed to reserve per day." What does this mean?
This means you or someone listed in the reservation has already booked a court for that day. Your Club likely has a one-reservation-per-day rule per player. Check if you or your guest already has a reservation.
5. I’m trying to book a court for later this week, but the schedule isn’t showing up.
Try these steps:
Close and reopen the app, or refresh your browser.
Remember that court availability depends on your Club’s booking policy.
Example Policy:
Courts can be booked three days in advance starting at 9:00 AM.
So on Monday at 8:59 AM, you can book for Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday—but not Thursday until it hits 9:00 AM.
6. I’m trying to book a doubles court and getting an error.
Based on your Club’s specific settings, you may have to list all four players for a doubles reservation.
Missing players will trigger a “validation error,” as the system checks for the correct number of players per reservation type.
Example Requirements:
Singles = 2 players
Doubles = 4 players
Note: These rules may vary based on your Club’s specific settings.
