SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Configure Global Settings
Follow these steps to configure global system user settings for email, text, and push notifications.
Log in to the admin dashboard.
Click SETTINGS > NOTIFICATIONS on the side menu.
Click the System User icon.
On the next page, click the System User Notifications tab.
The table shows three types of notifications: Email, Text, and Push.
Each type of notification has two columns: Active and Subscribed.
If Active is checked, CourtReserve will send the notification whenever the related trigger occurs. Each system user can choose to opt in or out of receiving it. By default, all users are initially Subscribed.
If Active is not checked, CourtReserve does not generate this notification, and system users cannot opt-in.
Configure User Settings
System users can configure notification settings at the user level for sub-admins, instructors, and coordinators.
Log in to the admin dashboard.
Click SETTINGS > ORGANIZATION SETTINGS on the side menu.
Click the System Users icon.
On the next page, select a tab. Locate a user name and click the Edit button.
On the next page, click the Notifications tab. Use the boxes to configure settings for the user.
If the box is checked, CourtReserve subscribes the user to the notification.
If the box is unchecked, CourtReserve does not send this user the notification.
