INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: If a player already has an account with a club using CourtReserve and wants to join another CourtReserve-powered club, they can add both organizations to their account. This streamlines access, eliminates the need for multiple logins, and simplifies account management.
Use Case: A player who participates at multiple CourtReserve clubs can use a single login and password to access all of their accounts. This seamless experience eliminates the need for multiple credentials, reduces friction, enhances convenience, and improves overall player satisfaction.

OVERVIEW
How Players Add Additional Club(s) using the CourtReserve Mobile App
1. From their smartphone, the player opens the CourtReserve app and logs in, if prompted.
2. They tap More in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
3. Then they select My Organizations.
4. On the My Organization(s) screen, the player will see any clubs already connected to their CourtReserve account.
5. At the bottom of the screen, they tap the Add Organization button.
6. In the Search field, the player begins typing the first few letters of the club name they want to add. CourtReserve will display matching club names.
7. The player taps the circular radio button next to the club they wish to add.
8. Then they tap the Continue button.
9. Under Additional Info, they complete or update any fields required by the club. Some fields (e.g. First Name, Last Name, and Email) are defaulted because this information is already saved to the player's account.
10. When finished, they tap the Continue button.
11. If the player has Family Members linked to their account, they will have the option to add them to the club by checking the box next to their names and tapping Continue.
12. The player will then see the list of available Membership Options for the new club. They scroll through the list and tap Select Membership under the most suitable option.
13. On the Membership Details screen, the player reviews the information and taps Review and Finalize. If edits are needed, they tap the back arrow in the top-left corner.
14. To confirm and finalize the addition of the new club, the player taps Yes.
15. The player is then prompted to choose whether they wish to receive the club’s marketing and alert messages via text or email. They select their preferences or opt out, then tap Save. Note: if the new club requires manual approval, the player will receive notice and a system admin must approve the request before the player can access that club.
16. The player is taken to the landing page of the newly added club, where they can access all offerings available at that organization.
17. CourtReserve automatically adds the new club to the player's My Organizations menu and the Edit My Organization(s) page.
To switch between clubs, the player taps More, then selects My Organizations, and chooses the club they want to view.
18. The player must assign a Primary Club from the Edit My Organization(s) page. The Primary Club will always load by default when opening the app. To change the default club, the player taps Make Primary next to the desired organization.
Optional: Players can choose to hide an organization, which will remove the club’s name from the My Organizations page without affecting access.
Hiding an organization on the Edit My Organization(s) page does not cancel a membership or remove the player’s account. To fully cancel an account with a club, the player must contact the organization directly and request a system user delete their account.
