INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: If a member has an account at a club that uses CourtReserve and wants to join a different club that also uses CourtReserve, the member can connect both organizations to a single account on the member portal.

  • Use Case: The result is one member login/password for both clubs and a satisfied customer.

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

The member completes these steps to add two (or more) clubs under a single login and password.

  1. Go to the member portal.

  2. Log in to one club account.

  3. Click the account name at the top of the page.

  4. Select My Organizations.

Click Add Organization.

CourtReserve displays the Join Organization page. The member goes to the search field and enters the name of the new club.

Select the name of the new club and click the Join button.

CourtReserve displays the new club's sign-up form. Fill in the fields and click Save.

Some fields (e.g. First Name, Last Name, and Email) are not on the sign-up form because this information is already saved to the member's account.

CourtReserve adds the new club to the member's My Organizations menu and the Edit My Organization(s) page.

If the new club has a manual approval process, a system user in that organization must approve the account before the member can access the club with the shared login and password.

Next, the member must assign a primary organization on the Edit My Organization(s) page. When a member logs into their account, CourtReserve displays the primary organization by default.

Optionally, members can hide an organization. Hiding a club means the organization's name is not visible on the My Organizations page.

Hiding an organization's name on the Edit My Organization(s) page does not cancel the membership or remove the member's account. If a player wants to cancel a club account, they must contact the organization directly and ask a system user to delete the account.
