INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Use short codes to identify membership type on admin schedulers.
Use Cases: When reviewing an admin scheduler, system users can understand at a glance the membership type of each member/player. Short code information is not visible on the member portal.
PREREQUISITES
Make sure the short codes option is enabled on the Membership Settings tab.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Log in to the admin dashboard.
Go to the side menu and click MEMBERSHIPS. A new page displays.
Click the Individual or Family tab.
Select a membership type.
Click the pencil icon.
Make sure the General tab is selected
Filling in the field
Go to the Short Code field. Enter a code that is one to four characters. Click Save Changes.
New memberships
System users can enter a short code when creating a new membership type. Fill in the field and click Save.
