INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: Members use a kiosk to self check-in.

  • Use Cases: Club managers can speed up check-ins by setting up one or more kiosks that let players check in for reservations, lessons, and events without stopping at the front desk. A kiosk can be an iPad, tablet, or desktop computer.

PREREQUISITES

One or more kiosks should already be set up. Players need the CourtReserve app installed on their mobile devices (Apple or Android).

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

Checking in is a two-step process. First, members open the CourtReserve app and pull up their QR code and member account number.

Tap the barcode in the top right corner of the screen.

If a player is part of a family, they should select one person.

CourtReserve displays a QR code and player number.

Next, check-in. On the kiosk home screen, the user selects Check-In. On the next screen, the user scans their barcode if the club enabled this service. If scanning is not available, the player uses the keyboard to enter their player number.

The screen displays a success message.

If a player has multiple reservations in a row, the check-in page has the ability to show all bookings.
