INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Members create their own payment profile on the member portal.
Use Cases: Club managers enable this feature to ensure qualified members can access court bookings, lesson reservations, and event registrations.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
To create a payment profile, club members should:
Log in to the member portal.
Click their account name.
Select Payment Profiles on the drop-down menu.
On the next page, click the CREATE PAYMENT PROFILE button.
Fill in the fields and then click Save.
Once the form saves, CourtReserve shows the profile card. It is not possible to edit a payment profile. To make a change, members should delete the old payment profile and then create a new one.
