There are two ways to access CourtReserve and its many features: through the CourtReserve mobile app or member portal. The member portal is the web version of CourtReserve you use through a browser on your computer or tablet. This article outlines how to add a payment profile using the member portal.
A Payment Profile tells your CourtReserve-connected Clubs where to charge payments, such as court fees, ball machine rentals, or monthly membership dues. You can save multiple payment methods in CourtReserve and choose one as your preferred (default) method.
HOW TO ADD A PAYMENT PROFILE USING THE MEMBER PORTAL
1. If required, log in to CourtReserve through your Club’s member portal.
2. Click your name on the top-right.
3. Select Payment Profiles.
4. On the next page, click the CREATE PAYMENT PROFILE button.
5. Fill in the fields and click Save.
6. Once the information is saved, CourtReserve shows your payment profile card(s).
7. If you have only one payment method saved, it will automatically be set as your preferred (default) method for charges. If you have multiple payment methods saved, click Set Preferred to choose which one CourtReserve should use by default.
Note: It is not possible to edit a payment profile. To make a change, delete the old payment profile and create a new one with the correct information.
