Processing Fees from the Front Desk

If you need to make the reservation at the front desk, simply create the reservation and add the players/guests.

NOTE: You must add the player first before the Guest module will appear.

Save your changes.

Now when the players come to check in, you can process their payment at the front desk. Simply click the '$' icon - this will pull up the transaction.

If you need to change the 'owner' of the Guest Fee, simply CLOSE this window

Just click on the 'i' icon.

Now click the navy blue button with the pencil.

Here you can edit who is going to pay the guest fee.
