Create a Reorder Stock Report

INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: Create a table that shows products with low inventory.

    Use Cases: System users can track stock quantities and make sure inventory does not run out. This is a useful stock management tool to ensure the shelves are full before a major event starts.


SETUP REQUIREMENTS

Go to the side menu and click POINT OF SALE > REPORTS > REORDER STOCK. On the next page, set the report filters.

  1. Use the default ALL setting for Item Categories or use the drop-down menus to use one or more specific categories for this report.

  2. Set the Quantity condition (e.g. less than) and the target value.

  3. Click Run Report.

CourtReserve displays the data in a table. Click the Export button to download table data in an .xlsx file.

To see a detailed report of inventory movement, click the number link in the Current Quantity column. Use the date fields to set a time period. The Stock Adjustments table shows inventory changes during that period.
